GID Flooring replaced the hardwoods in my kitchen, living room, and entry. They had to feather the new hardwoods into the existing ones in the dining room. They did a beautiful job, and they were great to work with. I was very happy with the finished product and highly recommend them!

I would like to thank Richard for his exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring or any other services that they provide. Eric did an excellent job and is extremely professional. His quality of work and work ethics is beyond any that I have ever seen. Eric is to be committed on his honesty and great eye for details. Richard is very easy to work with and very patient and so is Eric. It's nice to know that this company is very honest and forthcoming and if they run into a problem, they will will let you know and not cover it up. GID was excellent to work with. They sanded our existing hardwood floors and blended the existing kitchen hardwood into the living room. It was a seamless transition from old to new flooring. They removed the existing carpet from bedrooms, a stairwell and the living room and replaced with hardwood. Our home is from the 1970s and had squeaky floors and some existing unknown problems; they were upfront with potential extra costs, which was included in the estimate. They communicated quickly when they found an issue and how they fixed it. I also appreciated they put several stain samples on the floor in a couple locations in the house, which made it easier to select the stain. The crew did an excellent job removing the sawdust and the floors were beautifully finished.

We had an environmental catastrophe and GID flooring Richard and his team exceeded all expectations. They were were prompt and professional from the complete tear out of all flooring through to the installation of new flooring in every room of our house, including tile. Redoing interiors is not my jam, but Richard was exceptionally patient with my indecisiveness, and coached us to a solution that delights me every time I walk in the door!

If you're looking to get your floors done. I would highly recommend using Richard from GID flooring. Richard came in and gave me suggestions in regards to our flooring. We had cupped floors in the kitchen dining room and living room along with 2 different stain colors. His team did a fantastic job of refinishing and staining our floors.. We replaced all carpet and engineered wood sections in the whole house with LVP, first and second floors - about 2000sf total. I have to say that it has been a pleasure dealing with both Richard and Eric. GID was the only company that came up with an acceptable solution for our strangely made stairs. Quality of work and a fair price are all there. Whatever concerns or comments we had regarding floors were addressed where they could be addressed. There were some delays with the whole project but given the scope of it (the whole house) and some customizations (stairs and those awesome vents) it for the most part were outside of GID flooring control. All in all, highly recommend the company!

Had Richard and his crew tear out the hardwood flooring in our kitchen and breakfast area and replaced it with porcelain tile. We then removed the carpet in our living room and replaced it with hardwood flooring which tied in to the original hardwoods in our hall and half bath. Finally we refinished the old hardwoods in the hall, half bath, and dining room to match the new flooring we installed in our living room. The floor looks incredible and we are very happy. In the future we are wanting to have Richard return and replace the carpet on our upstairs balcony with hardwoods to match the downstairs as well as remove the carpet from the stairs and install oak treads. Included are a few photos of the flooring during the installation.

Even though there was a communication problem with the installers at one point, he stuck with us and made it right.

During our kitchen remodel, Richard and his team removed the tile floor, installed a substantial sub floor to allow the finished installation to match the surrounding floors and installed the new LVP waterproof flooring. As part of the total project, the price was reasonable and saved me a ton (literally) of work. The other floors were protected against damage during the construction and barriers were in place to control the dust. The team also installed a backsplash. GID also installed our new cabinets, removed popcorn ceiling and ensured we were satisfied. A pleasure to work with the team at GID.

We used GID Flooring to install new tile backsplash in our kitchen. We are new home owners with lots of questions and Richard spent the time making sure all of our questions were answered. He was also very quick to respond to them! On top of that they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with how the backsplash turned out. The process was quick, easy and good quality. We used GID Flooring to replace carpet upstairs for LVP floors .
Richard came to our house with all samples ! He was very knowledgeable and explain every singe details on each line. We were able to choose everything at our house , sign the contract and schedule the date for installation, which was 5 days after we signed the contract! For me it was very convenient because I don’t need to drive to the showroom with my kids during pandemic . And by the way , he was wearing mask .
